MANAGEMENT BOARD:
The firm is managed by three well qualified and experienced partners. Mrs. Laxmi Rani , founder of the firm has over twenty years experience of administration and sales . Mr. Aar , a medical graduate has twenty five years experience of administration, accounting, auditing and ten years of Export Marketing, Sourcing and Development of products. Mr. Kulbir Singh, the third partner is a qualified Pharmacist and co-ordinates the working of all personnel particularly in the Pharmaceutical Division.

In order to maintain an efficient delivery system, quality control and high degree of reliability the firm has the support of nearly 100 manufacturers and suppliers of repute to install the technical equipment in the various divisions of hospitals and clinics and guide them to a long lasting success.
AFTER SALES SRVICES :
We assure customer satisfaction by providing full technical services. These are manned with factory trained specialists. In most of the cases the manufacturers themselves or their authorized agents take care of the warranty and repair obligation clauses of a contract. In some cases Monega Enterprise appoints competent local companies to act as representatives under full quality assurance and control from the head office. Our services include installation, if otherwise it is done by the expert staff of an existing facility and warranty of all the equipment supplied as well as training. The training of personnel in the use of new machinery and modern treatment methods is given utmost priority. The training is imparted to doctors and paramedics as well as to the technical staff of the customer. This is done through training of teams and repeater courses. Whether we train on site, at manufacturer's factory premises or in a renowned hospital depends on the specific need of the customers.
