? Dr.Samir Tawfik Elhelw graduated from faculty of veterinary medicine
? Dr.Abdel Monem Salem graduated from faculty of veterinary medicine
? Both doctors has long service and segment of vet & agriculture service, marketing, sales, and commercial deals ,they gained their experience while working in this field for years.
? Both of the doctors ... are members in the world veterinary poultry association.

? A start in 1997, General Pharma products works on the Poultry and the large animals.
? One of the first companies in Egypt that sells anti-micotoxyn & anti-fungus from a local production.
? One of the first companies in Egypt that converts growth promoters and anti-toxins from chemical to biological by importing special products then making a good plan to market it in Egypt.
? The company is a sole agent for three companies two of them are local supply the company with best of feed additives and suruputic products, and Dutch company that supply General Pharma with antibiotics and enzymes.
? The company stands against many crisis that faced the livestock production locally and globally in the previous period and helps the agents to overcome this crisis

? Starts in 2005, the General Pharma sells best of fertilizers and insecsides in Egypt to fulfil a great percentage of the Egyptian market needs.
? The company sells three different kinds of the insectsides in Egypt that are locally produced.
? The company is on the way to make a new factory that will supply the company with feed additives and fertilizers.

? The total number of employees in General Pharma are 37 divided as follow:
? 25 promoting and selling stuff (veterinary doctors-chemists)
? 7 promoting and selling stuff (agriculture engineers)
? 4 drivers
? 11 for secretary - administration - supporting stuff.
? Everyone in the selling stuff has a car and a storehouse, beside the huge transportation vehicles that used to transport product from supplier to the main storehouse and the other storehouses.
? Consultancy: General Pharma has a crew consultant of doctors and university Professors who helps in taking decision, improving products and the sells techniques, training the selling stuff.

HOW WE SALE? General Pharma have two methods for doing business:
? Direct sales: from general pharma to the end user in such a case general pharma as a sole agent in Egypt by the goods, store it in its warehouse, promote and sells these products to the customers (end user retailers).
? Indirect sales: from general pharma to sub-distributer. In this case general pharma sell the products to sub-distributer in different governments in Egypt. _____________________________________________________________ SERVICE:
? Keep enough inventories of products that keep always the market saturated and this is done after professional study of the market needs.
? Promoting the goods through dedicated and trained team, making seminars and sharing in all vet & agriculture conference & fairs.
? Selling products through the sells team that visits regularly customers with the company cars gathering the orders.
? Vans and transport cars delivering goods to customers.
? A part of the sells team ,there is a special team for registering the products in the ministry of health and ministry of agriculture ,also to get import licenses & releases goods from customs. _________________________________________________________________
