OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We have planned to provide complete range of cost effective products which can provide appropriate solutions for the farmers through insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides. We will increase our portfolio through the introduction of biotech products. In addition to that we will provide fertilizers, micronutrient, and hormones in course of time.
We will also provide extensive training to our field & marketing staffs, and distributors/ retailers to improve their productivity and enrich their technical knowledge. Training on new crop management techniques and new product attributes are critical to provide solutions to farmers. In addition, we focus on communication skills to disseminate the knowledge and skills to retailers, distributors and farmers.

The team is a blend of multi-disciplinary experts having profound experience in the field of agriculture, agribusiness, pesticides sales marketing, and distribution. Mix of partners given below
M H Rahman, MS in Horticulture, PhD ongoing having 15 years professional and research experience in horticulture sector in Bangladesh. He has adequate knowledge on vegetable cultivation, farm management, crop protection, post harvest management. He has lot of knowledge on training, preparing crop production manuals, and published research report national and international journals. Now he involve in agribusiness especially in pesticide and inputs selling for last 5 years.
M. M. Rahman, BSc Ag Hons, having 16 years experience in pesticide supply chain management, its regulatory issues, market sensitivity, and its distribution. He has adequate knowledge on pesticide demand supply situation, pockets of the markets, and overall market dynamics which help our companies to assess market targets, set strategies, and right decisions for the growth of the company. He has good network with industry peoples, distributors, retailers, and farmers. He has provided many retailers, staffs, and farmers training for the use of pesticides, micronutrients and other agricultural inputs. He is actively working with this company for its betterment.
M A Rafiq Sarkar, MBA in Finance and MS in Agronomy - Over 15 years Mr. Sarkar have been working both in the development field, private sector and multinational corporations for demand driven business development services, enterprise and entrepreneurship development, grow competitiveness of the entrepreneurs, capacity building of MSMEs especially for the farmers, value chain /supply chain analysis & development (multipliers in forward & backward linkages in agribusiness). He has different training on agribusiness development both in local and international level. He worked as CEO of different group of companies in Bangladesh so that understand the strategic management attainment of market leadership and enterprise development issues and tactics.
