The company now has 5 engineers, 10 technicians and 5 international business salesman; all of them have enjoyed high education, with much experience. Especially the General manager of the company, Mr. Thomas Zhang has studied the application and synthesis of pesticides for almost 20 years, is a professional person in the field of pesticide.

The QC department has set up a complete system for controlling the quality, every batch of goods has its own record of LC or GC graph and sample.

The R&D department is mainly engaged in developing new products and formulating new formulation types. There is a Particle Size Analyzer in the department for controlling the particle size of the formulations.
